2) If you don't know the code for the locker, be sure to ask your landlord. You will need it for the delivery instructions and to be able to retrieve your package when delivered.
3) The delivery driver will open the box by putting in the code that you enter in the instructions, put the package inside, and then close the lid.
4) Assuming you have an alert that lets you know when the package is delivered, you will get notified, and then can retrieve your package by putting in the code.
Please be sure to close the lid after picking up your package, and if there are packages for other residents in the parcel lockbox, leave them so they can pick them up.
Note that really large packages will not fit in the box, and if a number of residents are all getting packages on the same day, the box may not hold all of them.
The box utilizes batteries to open the lid, so if you ever go to the box and the keypad doesn't seem to be working, please fill out a maintenance request on this website. We have a key that can open it and we can replace the batteries.
